- Create an Account: Sign up for a Wee Deliver account or log in if you already have one.
- Place an Order: Start by selecting the type of service you need, such as express delivery or food delivery.
- Enter Details: Provide the pickup and drop-off locations, specify whether it’s for immediate delivery or schedule it for later, and add any additional instructions.
- Select Vehicle Type: Choose the appropriate vehicle type for your delivery needs.
- Make Payment: Select your preferred payment method and complete the payment process.
- Track Order: Track the status of your order in real-time through the app or website. You’ll receive notifications at key stages of the delivery process.
- Receive Delivery: Once the driver arrives at the drop-off location, accept the delivery and provide any necessary instructions to the driver.
- Provide Feedback: After the delivery is complete, you may have the option to provide feedback on the service received.
