Login and Set Availability: Start by logging into the Wee Deliver driver app using your username and password. Once logged in, set your availability status to “online” to start receiving orders.
View Orders: Navigate to the “For You” tab to view incoming orders. Orders will appear here in real-time once they are assigned to you by the dispatcher.
Accept Orders: Review the order details, including pickup and drop-off locations, and accept the orders you’re willing to fulfill. Once accepted, the order information will be displayed in your app.
Navigate to Pickup: Utilize the integrated navigation feature with apps like Waze or Google Maps to reach the pickup location efficiently.
Confirm Pickup: Upon arrival at the pickup location, confirm the pickup in the app to notify the customer that you’ve arrived.
Deliver Orders: After picking up the package, navigate to the drop-off location using the navigation feature. Once there, confirm the delivery and provide any necessary proof of delivery.
Complete Order: Mark the order as complete in the app once the delivery is done. Customers may provide feedback on the service.
Manage Profile: Keep your profile updated with accurate information, manage your wallet, and track your order history within the app.
